BC Book Prize Shortlist

Congratulations to the UBC faculty and alumni on the BC Book Prize Shortlist! Aislinn Hunter (MFA Alumnus) is shortlisted for the Ethel Wilson Fiction Prize for her novel The World Before Us. Faculty member Kevin Chong is shortlisted for the Hubert Evans Nonfiction Prize for his book Northern Dancer: The Legendary Horse That Inspired a Nation. Kayla Czaga (MFA Alumnus) is shortlisted for the Dorothy Livesay Poetry Prize for her book For Your Safety Please Hold On. Maggie De Vries is shortlisted for the Sheila A. Egoff Children’s Literature Prize for her book Rabbit Ears.
